This is a service kit that would be applicable should the membrane require replacing.

All water applications are different, most membranes will last approximately 3-5 years, pending regular replacements of the pre filtration cartridges. However, on certain waters, membranes can expire between 1-3 years, in which case this replacement pack including membrane will be required.

How do I know if the Membrane needs replacing?

This can be difficult for the home owner to decide, but generally the taste/hardness of the water determines this, to the point where you may be suspicious to if the membrane is fully functioning. Another indication is the water flow through the membrane. If your flow rate decreases rapidly this can be another indication of membrane blockage.

If you are in doubt, send us a sample of your pre and post membrane water and we will check it free of charge and advise you of if your membrane is still functioning correctly.

 

Note: If you require a replacement pack WITHOUT THE MEMBRANE, we also sell these through our ebay store. Regular changes of your pre filtration cartridges will prolong the life of your more expensive R/O Membrane.

Return Policy:

We do not refund items unless the item is found to be defective and all reasonable effort has been made to correct the problem first. Invoices must be present on any warranty claims.
